Weddings and Grandchildren

Through most of the late 1980s and all of the 90's there seemed to be a wedding nearly every summer and either someone was expecting a baby or one was just born. There are now many family gatherings in Strafford, each year getting bigger and bigger. Here is what everyone is doing at the time of this writing (June, 2003):

Mom and Dad travel around the country visiting their children, participating in protests, attending reunions, taking care of their grandchildren, and assisting when new babies arrive. When they're home they publish the Strafford News, and take care of several grandchildren every day, as well as the animals and the land and the town, always happy to have more kids and grand kids come home to visit.
